The company has a good exposure to various clients and their good will with many of their customers. The name in the market is too good as their office setup.
Cons
Eventhough the turnover of the company is in millions their structure is so bad that employees are exploited to beyond what is recommended or rather say the valuation of an employees caliber is not measured and rewarded. Its sad to say the figures of salary are not the same as they promise. Think 100 times before you sign up. The management is run by the family so dont expect to be at the top of the ladder. No growth to be precise. Keep this as your ultimate or rather say no to the offer if ever you get any. If you can survive for years without agreed package then this is the best place to be in.
