Cons
Management got greedy, they reorganized again, constantly looking for the same position every three months for the past several years, they allow outside influences, vendors, suppliers, customers to dictate what should or shouldn't be done without mercy! New ownership has destroyed this company. Brandon Ewing, former founders son is clueless, Young, and experienced, and heartless. They reorganized, ruined peoples lives, have no respect for value, quality, professionalism, ethics, honesty, experience, education, and were overall intelligence. They do not respect new hires, it's a "good old boy" network, typical northern Nevada mentality. Management does not listen to their employees, they do not understand a true business plan, they have no vision, it's very sporadic there. Mr. Carol Ewing should've stayed with the company longer and not allowed his son to destroy this company, morale, high turnover now, and just absolute disrespect to qualified, professional employees.
