Terrible company to work for - Anonymous employee Serv-U-Success Employee Review

You get no respect from Serv-U-Success or from Meijer (the stores you work in), no sick days, impossible to use pto on anything other than using it for "holiday pay" (you get to work AND use a day of pto to make it like you get paid extra for working a holiday), always working hurt, always stressed out, micro managed, resets happen in the same area more than any other retail chain, shelves have to be adjusted more than any other retail chain just for the product to still not fit, no communication, terrible pay for what you do, under staffed
