Messed up ethics - Retail Merchandiser Serv-U-Success Employee Review

I have literally worked 14 days in a row with no day off or help completely alone for this company. I have been sexually assaulted at work for this company. And you know what I still showed up every day and did an amazing job. I was constantly having customers give me accolades for the work I’d do thru out the store (meijer) even the store director had complimented my work ethic. I have never worked so hard yet been so overlooked. All this place cares about is if your gonna fulfill your eight hour shift. They don’t care if you do a good job and they’re not gonna pay you extra to do well they just want you to fill a spot.
