Pros

There arent many pros that come to mind when working for sertifi. the benefits are pretty low compared to most software companies in the space and raises and promotions arent really a thing. i guess its good to wear many hats and do things outside of your regular job duties but it can be next to impossible to have your voice heard by management. good snacks though.

Cons

there is no employee growth or management opportunities at least for women. if you want to spin your wheels trying to figure out how to make an impact or get anyone to listen to your ideas than this is the place for you. management seems to be very set in their ways and rewards are based on tenure and loyalty not performance or innovative thinking.
