Getting promoted is near to impossible, even if promised in writing by management or executives, and no one comments on the MASS EXODUS of women due to the terrible working conditions and blatant refusal to let them promote to management. So aside from being underpaid, underchallenged, unable to execute your job because of lack of communication and decision making by the executives, and the daily harassment and drama, it's a dream.
