      Very weird and secretive culture where there is no paths to move up the ladder, no career development. All of my previous senior leaders, managers, VPs, have left and moved on to other companies

      Pros

      Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

      Cons

      Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.
