      Excellent products and well respected company in the industry. Great teams to work with as they are dedicated, loyal that walk the talk. Management team very experienced, supportive and open to feedback Appreciate the opportunity to grow within the organization

      Commute time is a bit long but ok as it is against rush hour traffic

      Pros

      Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

      Cons

      Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.
