People - Top of the list for me - Being onboarded remotely could have been a challenge, but the transition has been brilliant. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming and gone out of their way to make time to get me up to speed, show me the ropes and answer all my questions! Christmas party next week and the company have gone out of their way to keep us remote workers included by flying us up to Glasgow for a few days in the office with the Xmas party at the end of the week.
