      Pros

      I loved working with the Sererra Team! The culture is desirable and uniquely diverse from many other companies. The CEO had an open door policy and was highly involved in all areas of the business. For me, the work life balance was great and all employees were encouraged to take their vacations.

      Had a great boss that gave me the freedom to get to my number. Extremely knowledgeable team to work with.

      Small team so it was there were times where I had to cover multiple areas

      Pros

      The people, the people, the people. Oh yeah, and it's pretty cool to see your work entirely change the way a company works internally - very rewarding to check off the boxes! also, a growing company.

      Cons

      stressful, not a 40-hour work week (but what good job is anymore, right?), growing company so growing pains.
