      A very inclusive working environment, management always make sure that you are prepared and taken care of, they work well with your schedule, you were surrounded by a wealth of knowledge by our wonderful Director and other teachers, some of which you have been in the industry for 20+ years.

      Only con is no longer being here!

      Pros

      Administration operates with INTEGRITY. Staff is great to work alongside. You are treated with respect. It's truly a teamwork makes the dreamwork environment. Creativity is welcomed. (Within DCF guidelines) Compensation is competitive. Truly cares about the growth and development of the children. Amazing parent/staff relationships. Owner/Director always present. Paid holidays, vacation, sick days and other incentives/benefits. Open door policy.

      Cons

      I almost want to make something up to fill this section HOWEVER it's NOTHING that comes to mind as a Con.
