Pros
Pay was better than some call centers; all work time was not spent on the phone. Processing applications was much better than making calls.
Cons
Serco fired and did layoffs for no reason. When phone system had quirks, they fired masses of people for "hanging up", then later found out it was not the employees fault, only after threatened with a lawsuit. Serco tried to hide they were shutting down our site. They were caught off guard by a news leak, where we first heard about our site closing.
