Pros

Adequate mental health breaks after hard calls.

Cons

Lack of care for clients. Pushed to hit kpi’s and ignore needs to clients. Will send out letters of expectations for missing work even if the reason is due to death of family member or extreme changes in personal circumstances. Such a high turnover rate that they don’t care at all about the quality of training - chucked into the deep end.
