I would advise anyone looking to work here to connect with a former employee and hear what they have to say about the company. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on Glassdoor, they begged employees to write them good ones and when only one employee agreed to, the two owners decided to fill it out themselves. The brag about critical thinking however that is far from accurate. If you do not agree with their ideas you are deemed to be dumb and not practiced "critical thinking" to arrive at your conclusion. All management cares about is patting each other on the back and making fun of their employees.
