Has some great smart people on staff. The industry is exciting.

The workplace is toxic, lots of drama, and everyone aside from the family favorites are underpaid. The leadership is outdated. After years of being at a company with a better culture in entertainment I only now realize how unhealthy this co is. No work/life balance. Avoid.
