Fast growth resulted in hiring some bad apples who had to be removed after bad behavior.

The only advantage is that expectations are always low, so there are no surprises & WFH is only available for senior members.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company. The skills and expertise of their team were far below industry standards. It is clear that they lack the advanced technical knowledge necessary to handle modern projects. They are using the outdated technologies and are not keeping up with the fast-paced advancements in the field. Additionally, the projects they worked on were limited in scope and didn't offer any meaningful challenges or opportunities for growth. As a result, there was little to no innovation or progress being made. The company's track record is unimpressive, with a sparse portfolio of completed projects that lacked the depth and quality expected from a professional data science firm. Moreover, the environment is stagnant, offering minimal chances for skill development or career advancement. Growth seems non-existent, and there’s a clear lack of investment in employee development. If you're looking for a company that offers cutting-edge technology, engaging projects, or meaningful professional growth, this is not the place to be. Overall, this company is far from being a leader in the data science field, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for more competent and forward-thinking options.
