Pros

They do try to keep their customers happy.

Cons

Could care less about the health, family or well being of their employees. Total micro-management, You must send an email to everyone if you are leaving the office even if it is only for a minute, then notify them when you get back. There is no uniformity in client documentation. They give you little to no leeway if you go over the time they quoted the client, because we all know nothing ever goes wrong or issues come up when working on computers or networks. And whatever you do, NEVER question management decisions or lack of procedures. Also if you get injured on the job, plan on filing any paperwork on your own. Because even if you report it to your supervisor they will never bring up how to file a claim or allow you time off to see a Doctor. You are given very little training or direction on how they want client issues handled, you are just expected to know these things. And be prepared to use your own vehicle, and pay for gas with little to no compensation.

Pros

Always learning something new; meeting great people; co-workers that are like family; family oriented company; work hard=play hard; Unorthodox Insurance (Co-Pay) took care of 3 Surgeries, 17 rounds of Chemo, 25 radiation treatments and ongoing meds without a fight!!!!!

Cons

Co-workers that are like family :) I believe that you will receive what you put into a job. If you put negativity in the air, that is the only thing you will receive back!

Pros

Maybe a free lunch every now and then.

Cons

The management at this company is very unprofessional and treats employees like disposable techs. They always fire people without explanation and treat the workplace like a power game. There is no training provided, and employees are expected to know everything instantly or face serious consequences. There is always drama in the office, with all employees being blamed for the management's own failures. Job security is nonexistent, and IT professionals should avoid this company due to its poor business practices and lack of integrity. Please read all the reviews for this company on Glassdoor before you accept the position. This company will reach out to you for employment, but be cautious of the poor conditions you will face. The company's use of old technology is problematic. There is no documentation, and you will not receive the necessary credentials to start working. Expect to inherit previous techs and remote managers' tickets, with no help when you need it. Your on-call schedule will be brutal, with tons of calls for major issues. You will always be putting out emergencies and fires, even with technology you've never worked with before. Driving your own vehicle is expected, and you won't receive more money or mileage reimbursement. The management is out of touch and unresponsive to every employee complaints.
