Pros
Technology within the company is very advanced; amount of PTO awarded to us is spectacular, as well as the benefits are wonderful
Cons
Upper management in the CLIA Lab doesn't really seem to have any idea about what life is like in the lab; there's a clearly defined hierarchy and if you don't fall in the top 10%, you're viewed basically as a work horse; things change so often in the lab without input from the ones doing all the processing; the turnover rate is enormous, clearly there's something thats going wrong...
