      Good pay. I personally enjoy the job.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. The schedule can be chaotic and sometimes the customers will chip away at your pride. There’s also somewhat of a divide between you and management as well.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
