      Pros

      There are some good managers there but the best part is the fellow employees. Great environment with co-workers.

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected from what the standard employee deals with. Upper Management has no real idea of what goes on, no real interest or stake in our lives. This trickles down to everyone underneath.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
