      Pros

      Obtain a lot of marketable skills, meet a lot of new people and the health benefits are very good compared to what's here. Pay not great

      Cons

      Toxic, race discrimination, and people of color not being promoted. Old boys club and people who have been there 30 years won't change and it's hostile place in certain departments

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
