      Pros

      Very good benefits including the best medical I've ever had, and a pension.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Upper management blames their underlings for anything that fits wrong and takes credit for their underlings contributions. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical.

      If you come in as entry level engineer the only way to move from entry level to higher level position is to wait the prescribed number of years, which is 2.5 years, even if you came in with experience
