Wasted my time - Track Welder Septa Employee Review

I got a psychotic power mongral for a foreman. Any questions were considered a challenge. Hung the job over my head, never read a resume, had no idea I had a LOT of railroad background. If you like sitting and doing nothing, a lot of overtime, and being at the bottom of the senority list for years and years,( means you work when NOBODY wants to) this job may be for you. If you are experienced, and are good at what you do, forget it, everyone knows better, I would say it was mainly the department I was in, there were some good people.....they were doers, not talkers.
