The restaurant was once a great place to work and still has potential. Many coworkers were hardworking, supportive, and helped make difficult shifts more manageable.
Cons
Since the change in ownership, there has been frequent turnover in GMs and managers, which created an unstable and inconsistently managed workplace.
Day-to-day leadership often felt either overly critical or ineffective. Management did not always provide the level of support expected during service, and responsibilities like guest recovery and table touches were often left to servers and bartenders instead of being handled by leadership. Support from some managers also felt inconsistent and seemed to improve mainly when ownership was present.
There were also repeated instances of unprofessional behavior that made staff uncomfortable. This included inappropriate comments about employees’ appearance and conduct that crossed normal workplace boundaries, contributing to an environment that did not always feel respectful or professional.
