      Pros

      Respectful of its employees and wants everyone to grow. Have senior management that have done environmental and construction for years, and they share their experience and tips freely.

      Cons

      Current size is small, so have to be willing to wear lots of hats -- I like this, but others might not. Think some upper managers are too cautious about handing over work -- would be better time management to delegate and fix any problems that result.

      Pros

      Professionalism, pay increases, matches 401K 100%

      Cons

      The only con I can say is that it requires us to be efficient and timely, we are so busy all the time, when we hit the door in the morning we don't stop. It is like that saying "Hit the floor running", but still be available to help where needed.

      Pros

      They provide insurance and dental. They pay you on-time every two weeks. The company has been in businesses for around 28 years.

      Cons

      Salary employees are told to work 70 hours a week and will have there pay docked if they work under 40 hours a week. The equipment owned by the company is from the early 2000's and back. As of this time the work environment is hostel. Employees will be docked pay for taking time off for a death in the family or a family emergency. Employees are expected to work weekends on a regular basis.
