      Pros

      Work in many different areas, providing a broad base of knowledge. The atmosphere is very friendly and laid back; employees get along real well in general. Many projects are different and challenging. They have a good reputation. Their scheduling is very flexible when it comes to family needs.

      Cons

      Say they start at 8 am, but must get there earlier. They keep you very busy the whole time. The management are workaholics, so they expect you to be as well. Not all jobs are enjoyable; sometimes they have monotonous tasks that need to be done.

      Professionalism, pay increases, matches 401K 100%

      Cons

      The only con I can say is that it requires us to be efficient and timely, we are so busy all the time, when we hit the door in the morning we don't stop. It is like that saying "Hit the floor running", but still be available to help where needed.

      Pros

      They provide insurance and dental. They pay you on-time every two weeks. The company has been in businesses for around 28 years.

      Cons

      Salary employees are told to work 70 hours a week and will have there pay docked if they work under 40 hours a week. The equipment owned by the company is from the early 2000's and back. As of this time the work environment is hostel. Employees will be docked pay for taking time off for a death in the family or a family emergency. Employees are expected to work weekends on a regular basis.
