Pros
I'm one of the newer employees, but I am thoroughly enjoying my new job. Here are some of the things I enjoy most about Senzing. * My job is a good mix of leveraging my current skills and applying them in a new industry, while also learning new things. * I work from a co-working office near my home, cutting my commute from over an hour a day at my previous job to about 5 minutes. * Ability to work remote means I did not have to relocate with the new job, but I could relocate anywhere I want. * Very experienced high-functioning team. We are able to move quickly when needed, and always move with confidence because of the deep background of the team. * Smart coworkers that know their stuff, and that are patient and helpful as I learn a new company, product, and industry. * Flexible work schedule. I tend to keep to a more traditional work schedule, but I have the flexibility to work whatever part of the day I want. * Flexible vacation time. I took some significant vacation time shortly after joining the company because of pre-planned family events. No one batted an eye. * Generous salary * Excellent medical insurance with very reasonable premium. * Excellent company leadership that treats me with respect.
Cons
I have no cons specific to Senzing. The only one worth mentioning is since we are all remote, it is hard to really get to know my co-workers. I imagine this would be the case with any remote working situation.
