Pros
SentryBay has one of the best company cultures I have ever experienced and this didn't just happen by accident. The leadership team led by a very personable CEO have carefully crafted and created an atmosphere and a workplace culture that serves both SentryBay and its workforce. This 'nothing is impossible' culture even extends to external stakeholders like customers and suppliers. Cybersecurity is a very intense sector but the working atmosphere in the office (and WFH) has been normalized so that we do not really feel any undue pressure. Having worked at another cybersecurity firm I can confirm this is not normal. The stress factor at SentryBay does not come into play and this is largely due to the leaders shouldering it and protecting the employees from it. Everyone here is conditioned to help each other and all are a part of the solution. I love the fact that there is unlimited artisan coffees available in the lobby and fresh juices and fruit in plentiful supply.
