I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. I understand claims loads can vary greatly, which is why we consistently monitor staffing levels to help ensure we have enough support on the team. This has been more of a challenge due to the volatile claim volumes as COVID-19 protocols across the country remain fluid. We’re actively recruiting additional claim representatives to help stabilize our workloads. I encourage you to consistently share your workload status with your manager, as well as any other feedback about how we can help set you up for success. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
