Pros

Working at Sentry was great for the most part. It is a busy job due to claim volume, but I was okay with that since I came in already expecting it. Training is excellent, culture is excellent. Great team building exercises, etc. The work itself wasn't bad thanks to the systems we used to help us work efficiently. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

Location was my biggest issue. I did not want to move to the city the job was located in. Also, high volume is also a con.

hybrid, very good benefits, mostly good work life balance

Cons

on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
