      - Genuinely enjoyed almost everyone I worked with - Manager was as supportive as they could be - It was a great learning opportunity - Most individuals on my team were respectful and hard-working

      Cons

      - Some management is great at acting like they are 'listening', but then you end up having the same conversations over and over and over and over... - Too focused on processes in an "Agile" work environment - They take "Great Place to Work" as a badge of honor when the survey really shows the companies flaws, yet they tend not to address those

      Pros

      There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

      Cons

      There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.
