      There are some stellar people working at Sentrilock who are incredible at what they do.

      Cons

      I worked here for about 2 months before quitting due to the horrible work environment. During my time here I experienced sexual harassment, bullying, unreasonable expectations from my manager and possibly the worst manner of delivering feedback in the history of corporate America. I would not walk, I would RUN away from this place. If you are currently working somewhere DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT JOB TO JOIN SENTRILOCK unless you’re desperate and have no other options.

      Pros

      There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

      Cons

      There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.
