Pros

Honestly not a lot of pros.

Cons

Very toxic. They aren’t willing to work with you for school in the support department. They micromanaged. Would give others promotions who don’t deserve them based on if they liked them more than other candidates. They will criticize you for not helping because it’s your lunch hour. Tell you that you don’t get to pick and choose when you want to help out and push your lunch back. Tell you that you’re not doing your job effectively when you have the best stats on the floor and take the most calls out of everyone and had flawless documentation on your tickets.

Pros

There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

Cons

There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.
