Pros

The atmosphere feels like family with good benefits.

Cons

You get promoted based on who you know not what you know. Lots of politics, Favoritism is big with managers, no promotion within. Management prefers to hire outside instead of within.

Pros

There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

Cons

There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.
