      -Flexible WFH arrangement - The employees are nice and friendly

      Cons

      - Senior management will put a lot of stress on you and leave you burnt out. They churn and burn through their employees - Favoritism to certain staff members. If you are not the favourite you will be blamed for their faults - Culture is weak

      Good client group and good team

      Cons

      A culture which enforces “scripted” approaches. A toxic leader who is unable to demonstrate care for individuals.

      Pros

      Very different from other agencies. Good leadership, processes, and a focus on keeping things in balance. The learning is immense.

      Cons

      Can be hectic and pressured at times. There is support though and can communicate openly.
