      Pros

      Travel opportunities, meet lots of interesting people, good products / courses, good networking

      Cons

      When I left, the company had taken a turn for the worse. The CEO at the time played favourites, and pitted people against each other. Morale was shot, and during the CEO's tenure most of the team resigned or were fired. Less than 2 years later, marching orders were given to the CEO by the company owner, but by that stage, the damage was done.

      energy, knowledge, and clients; some good benefits like 4 weeks of vacation given right away.

      Cons

      high turn over in upper management; the strategies are changing every year, the company doesn't know where to go....

      Pros

      Sentis is a great place to work, leaders are approachable and there is a real focus on wellbeing, The culture is fun, open and inclusive with many avenues that we can contribute. The business objectives are transparent, and all roles have a link to how these are being achieved.

      There are no cons to provide, genuinely a great place to work.
