Pros
- EXCELLENT leadership, everyone from the CEO to Management/Directors are doing the "dirty work" and helping out, being visible daily - Pay is more than fair, very transparent and up front from interviewing to being hired - No micromanagement, managers know what they are doing and know their people - Everyone is given the tools they need to improve their work, automate it or just make it easier - Excellent overall vibe - Everyone hired at SB was carefully selected and it shows, never had a bad interaction with a single person - Nothing has been overcomplicated, no red tape, no useless meetings - Most positions give you the ability to have flexible working hours which has been insanely helpful to my mental health - Unlimited sick time!!!! - We get most of the major federal holidays off which most MSP's do not offer - The metrics used to track productivity are helpful and reflect the whole team and not just an individual (no push to get a certain amount of billable hours)
Cons
- While you do have 3 weeks of PTO, you have to accure it during the year (about 4.5 hours per pay period), which is kind of annoying. However, the carryover is generous - As with any new company, there will be growing pains. This is something you'll encounter, but there's always light at the end of the tunnel and it will get resolved. It just takes time.
