Pros
The best place to work at. The founders are very nice and understanding people. A typical startup environment. You get to learn a lot, loads of different projects. Flexible work hours, no typical corporate 9AM-5PM hours. Work from home is also available. Lots of snacks in office.
Cons
Work might get intense at times, requiring you to put in extra hours aside office hours but then this is a startup and part of all startup environment :) . Salary might not be exactly in par of other non-startup companies currently but then if you are in for the learning and the startup feel, this will never matter and it will increase when the company grows :)
