      The products are state of the art and with Open banking the outlook is very promise.

      Cons

      Pipeline and assets to build and pursue opportunities are missing. Leadership wants results but does not create the needful infrastructure.

      Pros

      Even though it's a completely dysfunctional organization they did have some excellent staff. Unfortunately they were all below management level so couldn't really impact on things.

      Cons

      Terrible Management Very little structure, no strategy and constant fire fighting. Ultimately the people at the top were very poor at what they did and really didn't have a clue about how to manage. Also, too many silos and too many chiefs fighting only for their own sections.
