This company was doing all things well. Making sure people can meet and communicate. Was looking after it's employees.

Cons

Better could be that to keep the company running and not to be sold :-(

Pros

Even though it's a completely dysfunctional organization they did have some excellent staff. Unfortunately they were all below management level so couldn't really impact on things.

Cons

Terrible Management Very little structure, no strategy and constant fire fighting. Ultimately the people at the top were very poor at what they did and really didn't have a clue about how to manage. Also, too many silos and too many chiefs fighting only for their own sections.
