      Lab colleagues were great and truly a family

      Cons

      Requiring a bachelors degree but only paying $16 hourly does not align. Work life balance is non existent as they don’t post the schedule until the week it’s due.

      Flexible schedule-choose your own schedule Excellent teamwork and coworkers Benefits-Sentara owns their insurance company :) Easy to transition into a different role with additional training or knowing someone in the hospital

      Low pay compared to other companies for the same position

      Pros

      The team I worked with was fantastic and the benefits were great.

      Cons

      No room for growth. I was an analyst for 10 years and was performing at a senior level but was not allowed to promote into that title. No matter how much I asked I would be told my time was coming but would get passed over, even after having discussions with management / senior leadership.
