So many fringe benefits, management is supportive, no daily traffic as you get to work from home. More than enough PTO. Awesome group of people to work with.

Honestly can't think of any

Management has lots of empathy for the employees. Lots of flexibility and great people. Small company so there’s potential for growth, and not much bureaucracy. Big focus on work/life balance. Lots of transparency.

Company is remote first and that can take some getting used to if you’ve not done it before. It’s also growing very rapidly which means things are in flux a bit. If you are used to a slower pace and a predictable environment, this might not be a great fit for you.
