Pros

If you suck up to the owners you will get consistent raises and be treated well compared to people the co-owners (husband and wife team) dislike. Most of the coworkers are excellent and good people, just stay away from the suck ups that will throw you under the bus for their own gain. Benefit package is decent.

Cons

Co-owners manage by fear. I wouldn't even describe it as managing, they rule like dictators. They are paranoid of everyone and everything, and consistently lie to their employees and applicants. They micromanage everyone. Working at Senspex for an extended period of time warps your self confidence because you forget what working in an environment where trust, transparency, and decent morals are valued and given. Due to the micromanagement, managers have no authority, all decisions regarding someone's employment is made by the owners.

Pros

You get a pay check

Cons

If you have a CDL, don’t waste your time here. You’re nothing but a workhorse, and they’ll promote everyone around you while ignoring you. The crew is nothing but drama, hookups, affairs, and favoritism everywhere you look. It’s disgusting. Leadership is just a clique of friends covering for each other. In Real-Time, managers preach about never calling out during mission days, then they’re the first ones to call in sick without using PTO or sick time. Total hypocrisy. And the CEO? A feminist with a bad attitude who doesn’t have a clue what’s going on at Fort Irwin. The company reflects her attitude and values, nasty, toxic, and broken from the top down.
