To ensure we provide our clients with the most accurate and precise information about their products’ sensory features, we apply a method of description grounded in science. Our method is recognized as objective and unbiased and well-established in both business and scientific communities. Our criteria for technical performance (for example, ability to replicate one's own judgment when given the same product) are established taking into account both physiological and psychological factors that may influence perception, and applied fairly and consistently across all of our panel members regardless of age, gender, or skin color.
