A company working in an exciting field.

Management did not know how to build modern software or hardware, either in terms of technical process or product development. Customers were sold functionality that did not exist, or even whole products that didn't fit established strategy, with a subsequent panic. The company actively avoided some of the basic tenets of modern technical development (QA, design) to try cut costs and accommodate the expectations of investors, leading to broken functionality and disappointed customers. HR made basic mistakes in handling employee issues. The company's products are ubiquitous enough that the experience it created for users actively damaged my chances at finding subsequent employment when they recognised it on my CV.

During the last year company went through many changes in Leadership, so far it looks like all of them to a great benefit to the company. Great company culture, nice, helpful people.

Due to the size of the company some of the projects are moving quite slow. I am hoping it will change for the better.
