Pros
I loved the CEO. He knew what he was doing. Very well connected person. Folks in the company were very nice and very knowledgable. The work itself was good and I got to work on IOT related stuff which was new to me. Very cutting edge.
Cons
The perks were not that good. Salary was ok, not competitive and no 401K matching either. The work itself was good but not always very challenging. Some of it was a bit slow paced and not enough time consuming.
