The company is in a hot tech space with good future prospects; Smart team with good industry experience and excellent leadership; Efforts are made to hire top talent and address poor performance; Management is transparent and communication is frequent; Employees are encouraged to speak up, expand roles, suggest new methods of operation.
Cons
Sheer amount of work can be overwhelming at times but to be fair, management is flexible with time off and work hours; More opportunities for employees to come together socially would benefit all.
