Lots of work. Money is tight.

Working at Sensity is exactly what I had hoped it would be: an innovative startup running at full speed. We're already deployed in cities worldwide, taking part in exciting Smart City ventures, getting weekly news coverage as part of a growing movement. It's an excellent opportunity to contribute. Ideas, feedback, input, etc are widely encouraged and considered. Individual contribution is very high. Sensity works with world-class business partners and being able to add those relationships to my resume is huge. The work is intense, ever changing, and critical to our customers. But the people working here are amazing. Supportive, funny, kind, wildly intelligent and impressive. I've never worked with a more supportive team who continue to prop me up while I am onboarding.

Would like to see a slightly more playful culture, but management are making strong efforts to encourage more cross-team relationship building.
