Pros
Easy to get to downtown LA location. Hours are really easy. You can work from home whenever you want. They never check on you (wink, wink). Clients are nice people for the most part.
Cons
Are you a female with a voice? You won't do well here. They only like meek, agreeable, young, soft spoken girls. They are sexist, racist, homophobic and ageist even though many people who represent diversity work here (go figure). No dissent or alternative opinions are allowed. Only one person is allowed to make decisions. Boring client categories that no one has ever heard of. They look for the cheapest available talent. And they get what they pay for.
