Pros

Pros: * Initial onboarding gives the impression of a structured environment * Some exposure to sales processes and tools

Cons

* HR support is practically non-existent. Communication is unclear, inconsistent, and often missing when it matters most. HR is very rude and unprofessional. * Important policies around attendance, monitoring, and payroll are not properly explained during onboarding, leading to confusion later. They just enforce what they see fit, there is no written policy either. * There is a heavy focus on monitoring employee activity through internal tools. From an employee perspective, it feels like there is a dedicated system/team constantly tracking every action, which creates a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. Even 1 second of idle time is deducted from total working hours and it will affect your salary. They expect you to keep using house and keyboard for 8 hours non stop. There is a dedicated team who is hired to only do this spying on employee activities. * Employees are not given a fair opportunity to present their side before decisions are made. Actions can feel one-sided and abrupt. * In my experience, there was a noticeable bias in how employees were treated. As someone not from the local region, it felt like I was not given the same level of support or chance to be heard. You are not introduced to your own team, you feel like you're working alone here. If you're a non local, they won't even talk with you properly. * Job security feels uncertain. Decisions can depend heavily on internal perception rather than transparent or documented processes. * Final settlement and salary handling lacked transparency, leading to disputes without proper resolution and they take advantage of it because they know you can't do anything.

Pros

1. The New Management Team 2. The facilities and the upgrade in infrastructure 3. Even as a trainee I received a laptop and flexi hours to work. 4. The recruitment of new managers and COE head. 5. Formation of new COE 6. The focus on training 7. I am learning a lot & great support of peers and Team leaders 8. More growth opportunities 9. The change to casual dress code and removal of strict formal dress code, shows the company is willing to think big and think alike the industry leaders such as Cognizant and Infosys 10. The best team to work for is the Sales & Marketing

Cons

1. The policies such as 9.30 hrs in the office premises and 8.30 hrs in work floor 2. The policy change should not be too frequent (lot of experimentation) 3. Need more large deals

nice work environment peace full infrastructure Fast growth in management personally i am feeling good to work

Cons

I am working here for 3 years but till now i don't find any improvements in projects but they telling that if 45 days i will be in bench i will be thrown out of company , which means that i am sitting simply without working , you people don't have projects for that what the employee can do. No cab facility , even if its provided we have to pay but no shift allowance only for night shift its provided that to only for billing resource and its too low then why others should work in nights. Short fall : In the name of short fall company is eating our salary .even if no work we have sit inside ODC then why you implemented the work from any were in premises policy very very worst HR management behaving like third rated turbulento , often policy changes for their convenient but they tell all others to follow the policy which has been changed in over night. In some team the leads are just bad and behaving like PED teacher . No transparency in appraisal. knowledge is weighed based on certification only. In the name of equality equity is getting crushed. salary hike is just normalization both for billing and non billing. No recognition or even small appreciation mail from management even for full effort work , simply they will say that these and all not at all work any one can do . On the whole full of politics Note : volley ball court will be there , badminton court will be there but don't play or else you will be noted and thrown away.
